Wow, just wow. This book has it all. I couldn’t put it down until I finished it, and now I’m left eagerly awaiting the second installment. Nyleeria, the protagonist, embodies everything you’d want in a female lead—strong, kind, brave, loving, and full of growth. Watching her evolve throughout the story was a highlight for me. The plot is consistently engaging, with countless twists and turns that genuinely surprised me—no small feat for a seasoned reader. This book is both beautiful and magical, and I can’t recommend it enough. I’m already counting down the days until the next book arrives.

I would like to start off by saying that this story is without a doubt my favorite romantasy book of 2024!✨️ The author’s storytelling is truly beautiful, and made me get a little teary-eyed.😭
From start to finish i was enchanted by Mrs.Hartly’s beautiful fantasy world,and her natural gift for empathy.The characters personalities/emotions were clearly explained,and provided an excellent opportunity for the reader to better understand the motives,and decisions that each character had to eventually come to terms with.

This book is such a great addition to my fantasy book adventure. I just got back into reading this year, after taking a few years off, and wow has it been an absolute journey diving into all these magical worlds again. Heir of Stardust and Secrets is no different in that sense! The author has done a fantastic job on the world building aspect and character development. You are thrown right into the world and instantly fall in love with the main character and don’t worry, there is a good amount of spice in there! The narrative is medium paced as the main character delves into this surreal world and you really get to immerse yourself in her experiences. The dialogue is really well written and it makes you love the interactions with all the other characters. Give this book a try and you’ll love it! Can’t wait for the next one!!

This was book number 2 on my list after slowly getting back into my love of reading, and it was what hooked me right back in. Romantasy, Fae worlds, etc., are brand new to me and this book enthralled me. Chapt. 5 alone had me emotional and in tears – and it barely started. Nyleeria was the breath of level-headed, not angsty fresh air I was struggling with in a previous book, with an incredible story to follow from little self-confidence and love to becoming one hell of a strong woman. The book had so much happening without being overwhelming and has a cast of diverse characters that make you laugh, love, scared, and grind your teeth at unexpected twists.
Considering so much happened in the first book, I am already in restless anticipation for the next part of Nyleeria’s story!

It took little time to fall in love with the young human woman Nyleeria, and did she ever have a story to tell. Her circumstances go from bad to terrible, only to be whisked away and shown the utmost care, love and devotion from a wonderful cast of characters. But with an ancient war between humankind and the Fae kingdoms looming to break out again, Nyleeria is sent into a dangerous game of political intrigue and deception. And where danger lurks, sometimes in the places you least expect it, Nyleeria grapples with her morality while learning about the sources and strength of her own magic.
I cannot wait to continue following her adventures.

Wow! My favourite book of the year. Where to begin. This book was the escapism I needed. The world that CC Hartly has created is beautiful, intriguing, incredibly imaginative and keeps you on your toes. You’ll get pulled in right from the beginning and stay hooked all the way through. I really enjoyed the writing style as it’s very descriptive, satisfying your imagination while still moving the story along at a good pace. Personally I am more of a Fantasy reader than Romantasy, but I could appreciate the romance and spice in Mythic Spark. It was very purposeful and I didn’t feel like it was spicy just for the sake of being spicy. It had meaning, which I find most Romantasy lacks. This is a must-read, especially if you’re interested in the fantasy or Romantasy genre! I won’t speak about the storyline so as not to give anything away – but trust me this is worth the read! The hardest part is waiting for the next one to come out!
